Packaging
Your jewelry will be packaged in a wheat-colored kraft paper jewelry box that is hand-stamped with our logo. We do offer Free gift-wrapping if you write the word "GIFT" in the comments area during the checkout process. Gift Wrap includes our jewelry box wrapped inside our signature light pink tissue paper and tied with a satin bow. We do not include a paper copy of your receipt inside your package to reduce waste. If you would like a copy of your receipt you may print it from your computer. In an effort to keep our company Green and Eco-friendly we recycle packing materials whenever possible and ask you to try to re-use your bubble mailer at least one more time if possible.
Return Policy
Items will always be listed appropriately with accurate measurements. Please pay attention to the measurements listed and make sure it will fit you before you purchase the item because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

I strive to make high quality, handmade items, so it shouldn’t be a problem, but if your piece of Poison Apple jewelry has broke within the first 60 days of purchase then it can be sent back for repairs free of charge.

Shipping and Delivery
Because some items are Made to Order, please allow up to 12 business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Once shipped, orders generally take 3-7 days for delivery.
Shipping and Handling Costs: 1 item costs $3.50 to ship. Each additional item is $0.50 (This covers USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and packaging.)
International Orders: We do ship international via airmail, for the same fee as U.S. orders. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery because customs may hold up the process. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements.
How will I know when my order shipped?
You will receive an e-mail on the date your order was shipped with your delivery confirmation number for tracking purposes. Expect to receive your package 3-7 days from this date.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. New York State Residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax upon checkout.
