- Will you do custom orders?
- I am always open to doing custom orders for somebody. Just contact me through e-mail at info@poisonapplenyc.com and i’ll get back to you right away.
- Return Policy
- Items will always be listed appropriately with accurate measurements. Please pay attention to the measurements listed and make sure it will fit you before you purchase the item because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
I strive to make high quality, handmade items here, so it shouldn’t be a problem, but if your piece of Poison Apple jewelry has broke within the first 60 days of purchase then it can be sent back for repairs free of charge.
- Shipping and Delivery
- Please allow up to 12 business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Once shipped, orders generally take 2-3 days for delivery.
US and International Shipping and Handling Costs:
shipping for an item or number of items depends on your sub-total during checkout. It is a flat-rate on a pricing scale.
$0.00 – $24.99 = $4.50 SHIPPING
$25.00 – $49.99 = $5.50 SHIPPING
$50.00 – $74.99 = $6.50 SHIPPING
$75.00 – 99.99 = $7.50 SHIPPING
$100.00 and up = FREE SHIPPING(This covers USPS 2-3 day priority mail with delivery confirmation and packaging.)
- How will I know when my order shipped?
- We will send you an e-mail on the date your order was shipped with your delivery confirmation number for tracking purposes. Expect to receive your package 2-3 days from this date.
