Timeworn prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewelry. Examine your jewelry regularly to make sure settings are snug and clasps and joinings are secure.

Jewelry storage can be very important. At the time of purchase, all Poison Apple NYC jewelry is wrapped in a protective box, case or tarnish-resistant bag or pouch. Between wearings, it is recommended that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.

It is best to put jewelry on last when you are getting dressed, especially after hair styling products and perfumes/colognes have been applied. Gems and metals can tarnish much easier when sprayed with alcohols and other unfriendly chemicals. Storing your jewelry in sealed bags will slow the process of oxidation of gold and silver, and keeping them away from direct sunlight will ensure that gems retain their full brilliance and vivacity.

Sterling Silver
Poison Apple NYC only uses the finest .925 Sterling Silver. Sterling Silver may tarnish rapidly, especially when exposed to salt in the air and products containing alcohol such as perfumes/colognes and products containing sulfur, such as rubber bands and some papers. Poison Apple NYC recommends a silver polishing cloth to keep your silver looking its best.
Oxidized Sterling Silver
Each oxidized piece of Poison Apple NYC jewelry is made from the finest .925 Sterling Silver that has been oxidized by hand. Varying colour amongst these pieces is normal - Please embrace the difference in these pieces for its own unique character. Natural wear and some fading on oxidized sterling silver is normal. Please note that the oxidation is a coating that will slowly wear off of flat surfaces over time. The coating will, however, remain in crevices creating a beautiful contrast of color that accentuates the textured detail.

Return Policy
Items will always be listed appropriately with accurate measurements. Please pay attention to the measurements listed and make sure it will fit you before you purchase the item because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

I strive to make high quality, handmade items here, so it shouldn’t be a problem, but if your piece of Poison Apple jewelry has broke within the first 60 days of purchase then it can be sent back for repairs free of charge.

Shipping and Delivery
Please allow up to 12 business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Once shipped, orders generally take 4-7 days for delivery.
Shipping and Handling Costs: 1 item costs $3.00 to ship. Each additional item is $0.50 (This covers USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and packaging.)
International Orders: We do ship international via airmail, for the same fee as U.S. orders. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery because customs may hold up the process.
How will I know when my order shipped?
We will send you an e-mail on the date your order was shipped with your delivery confirmation number for tracking purposes. Expect to receive your package 2-3 days from this date.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?
